Our personal training option is perfect for those that want a completely personalised experience. You’ll be working directly with one of our coaches up to three times per week with only your specific goals in mind. We take care of everything from your training, nutrition to your recovery all you need to do is show up.

Strength Club is suited for seasoned beginners all the way up to advanced lifters. Our standard isn’t strength but technique.
If you haven’t trained the SQUAT – BENCH – DEADLIFT then we recommend either our personal training or hybrid training options.

Our Hybrid training option is perfect for those that want a more personalised experience. You’ll be working with one of our coaches once a week in addition to our strength club sessions.
Hybrid is perfect for those just starting out or that want to really push the limits to see what their body is capable of.

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Personal training sessions run for 45 mins and Strength club sessions run for 60 mins.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A STRENGTH CLUB SESSION AT ONCE?
Strength club sessions have a capacity of up to 6 clients.
Typically we find sessions to have 3-4 clients.
WHAT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR SOMEONE THAT’S A BEGINNER?
Personal training is the best option for someone that has NO experience with strength training.
Strength club is a great option if you have the basic technique and want to increase your progress.
IS NUTRITION COACHING INCLUDED?
Comprehensive nutrition coaching which includes a meal plan and daily macros is included with our personal training & hybrid options.
Strength club has nutrition protocols that are specific to each client.
HOW MANY DAYS DO WE TRAIN?
Inside of the strength club sessions we schedule 3 training days per week.
Personal training is typically between 2-4 days per week depending on the clients goals and experience.
WHAT TIMES DO STRENGTH CLUB SESSIONS RUN?
We’re always adding in more sessions as the demand grows, but currently Strength club has the following sessions:
Monday – 6pm
Tuesday – 6pm
Thursday – 6pm
Saturday – 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am
